Each year we raise money to maintain the church, the grave yard and to support our ministry and children’s activities. We don’t receive any government grants and most of what we raise at Christ Church Stannington is spent directly benefiting those who are living in our community.

We also raise money and give to other charitable activities. Locally we help support the Stannington Foodbank and have set up a Covid-19 hardship fund to help people through this difficult time. Each year we fund raise with our Christmas Live performance for the Sheffield Archer project which supports the Homeless of Sheffield. We also give money to support the work of Stannington library. Further afield we support the Church Mission Society as well as disaster appeals and organisations such as Water Aid.
