Church of England Diocese of Southwell & Nottingham Ruddington

St Peter's

Welcome to St Peter's Church, Ruddington. We are a friendly community of all ages, worshipping God in the heart of Ruddington. We have services of different flavours - please see our services pages for more details. We also run a range of community events: parent/toddler groups, friendship groups and community meals. We are ordinary people who try to love God and love people .... no...really!

The parish of Ruddington is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Southwell & Nottingham’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.

Evening Reflective Service

Monthly. Every First Sunday at for 1 hour
St Peter's
Church Street Ruddington Nottingham, NG11 6HA, GB

Making space in busy, uncertain and noisy lives is essential if we are to notice not only what's going on in our inner selves but also notice and encounter God's presence with us through this.

Our monthly evening service makes space for God in reflective words, music, and times of stillness and quiet, often exploring the spirituality and wisdom of Christians through the ages who sought to meet with God in quietness and trust.

A wonderfully refreshing time of worship and prayer, with a short communion utilising the breadth of spirituality from across the Christian tradition.

as momentum gathers around providing warm spaces, the village community is moving to help!
