Our weekly Sunday service of worship is a time of coming together in a 'half time team talk' to equip and sustain us to take the love of Jesus out into our community and beyond.

We have a lively worship band, practical and relevant teaching from a variety of voices and prayer, all underpinned by seeking to come closer to God as He comes close to us through our worship and culminating in sharing the family meal in Holy Communion.

All are welcome and will be welcomed; young, old, new to faith, not sure, been away a while, been away a long while or here every week. Or just come and join us for fresh coffee and cake after the service and see what it might be like to come to church on a Sunday.

Our most family friendly service, held on the first Sunday of the month, with a short informal Holy Communion.
We start with breakfast together of pastries and freshly ground coffee, often with a themed service based on current issues we all face and social action we can all support, such as fostering, the environment, debt advice and youth homelessness, or exploring our faith in our daily lives.
Our time together is held in exploring what we believe is God's heart for these issues and the wider world, through art, craft, reflective activities, prayer, discussion and worship, in a relaxed informal atmosphere together around tables.

Heat n Eat is a new way for everyone to enjoy affordable, good, wholesome food, when we are all having to make choices in these tough times

The invitation is open to everyone, to enjoy a two-course hot meal provided by a professional catering business and served-up in the peaceful surroundings of St Peter’s Church. With funding support from Rushcliffe Borough Council we can serve a chef-prepared feast with soft drinks for just £1 per person, payable on the door. Please register for a meal as we need to know how many to cater for; we can cater for 30 people so please let others know if you think this might be of interest.

We hope you’ll want to be part of this new community whether you work at home or in a local business, live alone or with a partner, or simply enjoy meeting new people.

If you are booking for and bringing children, they can share a meal between two, so bear this in mind when booking, and please specify the ages of the children. Due to the limited numbers available, there is a limit to 3 children per booking, and they must be accompanied by an adult.

If you have dietary requirements, or allergies, please make us aware of this in detail when you book your place so we can prepare your meal safely. If you have any mobility issues, please let us know so we can accommodate you appropriately. We have wheel chairs for use if needed and there is a ramped entrance.

The meal will be served at 12.30pm, so please arrive at St Peters by 12.15pm at the latest so we can welcome and seat you.
