Church of England Diocese of Winchester Barton Stacey and Bullington

1. Attending worship and regular service times

No matter what your previous experience of church, you are warmly invited to join our services.

What to expect

Our services are different in style, but all contain readings from the bible, a time of prayer, hymns or songs and a talk about the bible readings for the week. Our family services follow an informal order of service, and usually last around 30 minutes. Holy Communion on the other weeks is around 50 minutes, and follows a more formal order of service (or liturgy). Newcomers are very welcome at all our services, and if you have any questions before or on the day, please ask!

When are our services?

Sunday services are held weekly at 11am. It's worth being there a few minutes before the service begins, but if you arrive late or have to leave before the end, that's no problem.

Our family services on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month. These are especially child-friendly, but families are welcome at all services. (Between 30-45 mins)

On the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month, a Eucharist (Holy Communion) service takes place. All are welcome. (approx 1 hr)

If there is a 5th Sunday, this is often a joint service with our Benefice partners in South Wonston. Check the calendar or pew sheets for the venue.
