Our website is designed to serve the parish of North Petherwin but we are very aware that it is open for all to read, from the farthest corners of the globe. Every effort is made to make it interesting, informative and up to date, with new or updated events or information very often being posted as soon as details are known. As such it is an excellent medium to ensure that people have access to what they are looking for at the time it is needed. The Parish Magazine covers the villages of Egloskerry, North Petherwin, Trewen, Tremaine and Tresmere. It always has the days and times of the Church services in the villages and dates of future events happening with regard to the Church. Rev'd Alison writes a topical letter for the magazine.
The majority of the magazine covers everything happening in the villages from fetes, film nights to the North Petherwin Social Group. There is much more included in the magazine and it is hoped gives the readers a wide range of events that are happening in all the villages. Suitable articles are always welcomed.There are also 3 pages of adverts from local trades people which it is hoped are relevant to everyone, the money paid by the advertisers does cover most of the printing costs. These costs have recently increased, as has everything else I know, currently the cost of the magazine is only £5 per year, although it is likely to increase at some point.
