The churchyard is being managed for the benefit of birds and other wildlife. Two bird boxes have been put up: one for robins and one for blue tits. Wild flowers are being encouraged and seed has just been sown that was given by the daughter of the late Bill Hutchings. The Bishops of Truro and St Germans have also donated flower seed. Under the yew trees a log pile has been created to benefit insects.
