We are pleased to announce the installation of a community defibrillator on the vestry wall outside church.
Jackie Davis led this important project and is pictured here with Cllrs Michael Millar and James Lewis. The defibrillator is registered with both the National AED Network and Yorkshire Ambulance Service.
The unit was purchased through a grant from Leeds City Council, and the church will be responsible for its ongoing checks and maintenance.
We are also exploring opportunities to provide training for anyone who would like to become familiar with how to use the defibrillator in an emergency.
