St. Oswald's church and churchyard contains two war memorials. The WW1 memorial is located in the churchyard and a WW2 memorial plaque is installed in church alongside the Book of Remembrance containing names of all those from Methley who died in war. A copy of our War Graves & War Memorials leaflet can be downloaded below, it contains names of all those listed, photographs of the memorial and details of war graves in the churchyard.
