Our thoughts and prayers are with all who have been affected by the COVID-19 crisis through which we've been living and as we continue to live with its impact. Although there are restrictions currently in Stoke-on-Trent the church is open for services on Sundays at 10.30 am and on Wednesdays at 1.00 pm. Face coverings should be worn in line with Government guidance. All attending are invited to participate in COVID Track & Trace on arrival. The church continues to mark christenings and weddings. Contact us for more details.
Keep us, good Lord,
under the shadow of your mercy.
Sustain and support the anxious,
be with those who care for the sick,
and lift up all who are brought low;
that we may find comfort
knowing that nothing can separate us from your love
in Christ Jesus our Lord. Amen.
The parish of Stoke upon Trent & Fenton is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Lichfield’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.

Most churches are “Excepted Charities” and are therefore not registered with the Charity Commission. You can download a PDF that includes your church name, address and church code. This PDF, which is an extract from the Church of England’s database of churches, can serve as a certificate for churches requiring proof of their charity status when registering for online and card-based giving. Click on the download button below and fill in the short form. You will then be emailed the certificate as a PDF.
