Coronavirus Update: Archbishops Justin Welby and John Sentamu have advised that it is now necessary to put public church services on hold until further notice.  They add that far from having to "shut up shop", we must face the challenge by becoming a radically different kind of church rooted in prayer and serving others.

Please note therefore that as of today our Sunday worship is on hold.  All church affiliated groups are also advised to stop meeting.

St Nicholas Church is therefore closed until further notice.

=============================================================================================================

Normal worship will continue as soon as we receive authorisation to do so as below:

St Nicholas Church welcomes you to worship on Sundays at 11am.  There is a Sunday school for children to attend during the service.

However, please note that the 3rd Sunday during school term time there will not be a service in church but Messy Church will be held in St Nicholas School in Hurst.  All welcome!!  (See 'Messy Church' via the sidebar for more details.)
