Church of England Diocese of Oxford Hurst

Children - Youth Club

St. Nicholas Church Youth Club

The club is open to young people who live in Hurst, or who attend St. Nicholas Church and are in school years 7 to 9.

It's a great way to stay in touch with your friends as you go onto secondary school.

The club meets once a month, usually on the 3rd Friday night, at the Scout HQ in School Road, Hurst

between 7 to 8.30pm.

At the Scout HQ there is table tennis, pool, music, games and chat.

We have a more structured activity for about half an hour during the session -

such as badminton or table tennis tournaments, music quizzes, team games etc.

There are also visits organised such as bowling, swimming at Coral Reef or snow tubing at John Nike.

There is a tuck shop where a £1 will buy you a drink and a snack.

We charge £2 for each meeting attended to cover the cost of hiring the Scout HQ.

The club is run by church and parent volunteers.

Dates for 2021 (tbc):

Note: No club during August.
