All services are open to everyone, if attending worship an English Heritage ticket is not required
Enter the castle by Cannons Gate Road; at the kiosk say you are going to the church; drive up to the disabled car-park just below the Great Tower and walk up the slope to the church. There is very limited parking by the church for those with blue badges. In order to protect the grass it may be first in – last out. There may be a few occasion each year when English Heritage are holding major events when it is necessary to use the public parking halfway up the hill and walk
If the service is at a time when the castle is closed to visitors drive carefully past the ‘closed’ sign, wait for the traffic lights to change, and explain to the security staff after the bridge that you are going to the church.
