Greetings and a very warm welcome to you. 

St George's Hanworth is a Church of England parish in the catholic tradition and our mission is to make the love of Christ known through excellence of worship, and active care and concern for others.

Our history begins in Saxon times and our community has built, loved, and cared for this church for more than 1200 years.

We are proud, too, of our catholic witness to the Christian faith within the Church of England.

Everyone is welcome at St George's. We meet at 10am every Sunday morning for our Communion Service. Afterwards, there is always time to chat over coffee and cake in the West Gallery.

We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer.
