St. Helen's supports local, national and international charities, including Headway, Tiny Steps, Cheshire Young Carers, The Samaritans, Children's Society, MIND, Christian Aid, Embrace Middle East and many others. We see raising money for charity and raising awareness of others' needs as being part of of of our Christian mission. On Advent Sunday we hold a Christingle Service and all money raised is for Children's Society. Half of our Christmas collections go to Christian Aid and Embrace Middle East. Harvest gifts and whatever is donated via a collecting box at the back of church is donated to Mancheste Road Food Hub.
