St. Helen's Church offers a warm welcome, friendship and hospitality. Between 11.00am and 11.45am hot drinks and biscuits are served and at 12.15pm we serve a soup and bread lunch. We meet weekly and it's all free! We have received funding support from a LocalGiving Magic Little Grant.

Praise and Play is an event for pre-school children and their parents or carers. We meet in church between 9.30am and 11.00am every Friday in term time. A short time of worship is followed by a simple craft session. Refreshemnts are served and the children can play while adults have a chat.

During term time

Take the opportunity to look around St. Helen's Church, the oldest and most beautiful building in Northwich. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and a delicious cake. All donations made at this event will go to Mind Mid Cheshire, the charity that St. Helen's is supporting throughout September, October, November and December.

Children from three years upwards are welcome at Sunday Club on 2nd and 3rd Sundays in the month. They are introduced and encouraged to engage with Biblical characters and themes, through Godly Play material. Our leaders are DBS checked. Sunday Club meets in the upper vestry between the first hymn and the collection being brought up, for about 25 minutes. On First Sundays in the month and other special occasions, Worship Together Communion
Leaders are DBS checked.

Twice a month on the second and third Sunday of the month. Sunday Club will be taking a break during August .

A service of Christmas readings, choir carols and carols for everyone to sing. Following the worship mince pies and hot drinks will be served. Candles in memory of loved will be lit for the first time.

A service for all ages when Mary, Joseph the Shepherds and the baby Jesus will be placed in the stable. During the service "Away in a manger" will be sung by candle light.

The first Communion of Christmas with traditional readings and carols. Candles will be lit in memory of loved ones.

A quiet reflective service in traditional language.

A communion service to celebrate Christmas for all the family. Mince pies will be served after the service. Why not bring along one of your Christmas presents to show everyone.
