Facilities and features

Accessibility

There are two toilets in the building, opening off the vestibule. One has a nappy changer, and facilities for the less able.

One of the toilets has nappy-changing facilities. Please take the soiled nappies home!

There is a car park behind the church, which at a push will accommodate about 16 cars. However, on-street parking is free and plentiful.

One of our two toilets is accessible.

There is level access from street to church. The church has a level floor throughout, and wide doors.

Priests normally use a lapel microphone for the induction loop system.

We have large print hymn books available. Just ask.

We have (and use) a modern electric organ at our main services.

Groups, Courses and Activities

These operate from time to time - particularly around Lent, when they are ecumenical with other neighbouring churches.

The Tuesday Club meets on Tuesday afternoons: it is a social event for older people. Bingo usually runs, as do regular coach trips.

Tots & Teddies is a thriving community at St Julian's, meeting every Wednesday morning for a brief and informal servie followed by refreshments and craft activities. During the service a collection is taken for the work of the church. Parents and carers take it in turns to provide refreshments and (with advice) the craft activities. The group is lively on WhatsApp.
