Support us - please

Generous giving is needed to resource the mission and ministry of the Church, and fosters distinctive Christian lifestyles that enable others to be touched by the overflowing generosity of God. Could you make a contribution to help fund our work, as well as help the preservation of our historic buildings?

One-off gifts

By Bank Transfer

If you wish to make a one-off donation by BACs, please send to St Julians Church, sort code 60-18-11, account 42175089. Please give a reference if you can to help us to identify the gift as a donation. Ideally give the day, month, year, first four letters of your surname then DON (for donation) – something like 130520XXXXDON. Please also notify the treasurer through the Parish Office (http://[email protected]/) if your donation qualifies for Gift Aid.

Online with a Credit or Debit Card

Please use this link - https://pay.sumup.io/b2c/QC267T7Q - or the QR Code you will find at the foot of the page (just select the file to load the QR Code, then scan it with your Smartphone).

By Cheque

Cheques for St Julian’s Church should be sent to 284b London Road, St Albans AL1 1HY.

Gift Aid allows UK taxpayers to increase their donation by 25p for every £1 given, at no extra cost to you or us. If you are eligible, please complete a Gift Aid Declaration.

Regular giving

The best means of regular giving is through the Parish Giving Scheme. This is a Direct Debit scheme which passes on regular donations (monthly, quarterly or annually) straight to the parish. The scheme also reclaims tax where this is possible: that too is passed straight on to us. To join the Parish Giving Scheme or to enquire further, please contact the Treasurer through the Parish Office (http://[email protected]/).

During the coronavirus outbreak, we are conscious that some of our regular donors are experiencing significant income shock or employment uncertainty and will need to adjust their giving to church accordingly.  Some will be in the fortunate position of enjoying a relatively fixed income and reduced outgoings because of the lockdown. If this is you, if you are looking to help church in a new way, please show your support using the details above. We also urge everyone at the present to give a high priority to schemes which support the most vulnerable in society.  Thank you so much for your support and generosity.
