Ecumenical Lent Discussion Groups 27 February to 31 March 2023: For Lent in 2023 South St Albans Churches invite you to consider "What Jesus said about sin, mistakes and messing up!". Using a new book, "Failure", written by the Bishop Rt Revd Dr Emma Ineson, our discussions may lead us to consider topics such as the definition of and spiritual dimension of "failure" as well as how our faith can help us get through mistakes. You can join a discussion group in person in local churches or in a house group or via Zoom. Please look out for the sign-up charts in your church coming shortly and sign up by 19 February 2023. Your South St Albans Churches member (Rachel Johnston at St Stephen’s and Joanna Field at St Julian’s) will help with any questions and hold copies of books for purchase (£9). The book is also available on Kindle, and we can also lend a couple of books, if needed. You will need to read the relevant chapter before each weekly session so we can have a discussion. South St Albans Churches warmly welcome all who wish to participate during this Lenten time of reflection together.
