At St Julian's, there is a service of Holy Communion every Sunday at 9:30: it lasts about an hour and is followed by coffee and chat in the church hall. There are usually four hymns and readings from the Bible, with a sermon built around and developing one or more of the readings. Tots and Teddies runs for 90 minutes every Wednesday (except in school half terms, Easter and Christmas). Children from 0 to 4 are very welcome, with their carers. Every Thursday at 9:15 there is a short service of morning prayer. Also on Thursdays there is a Community Cafe serving hot drinks and cakes from 10:30: this is followed at 12:15 by a service of Holy Communion.

Parish walk - this time, around Harpenden Common. Meet at St Stephen's car park at noon: refreshments available at the end. Note that this one is on a Saturday, rather than the usual Sunday.
This annual event starts this year at St Bartholomew's Church at 10, where there will be a brief service.
It then continues to St Julian's (10:30) and St Stephen's (11:20) before continuing to St Bartholomew's (11:50).
There is a 10 minute service at each church.
You are welcome to join for as much as you like, walking or driving between churches.
The long-running Easter Pilgrimage to the Abbey for a service.
We plan to meet at St Julian's at 11:45, depart to walk to St Stephens at 12:30, then leave there around 12:50 to walk to the Abbey Orchard for a picnic lunch. The service starts at 14:30
