Friends of St Peter's

The Friends of St Peter’s Church (FoSP) is a group of local people whose aim is to help with the upkeep of the Church and its churchyard. This is done in various ways – including assisting with the cleaning the inside of the church, flower arranging, taking part in a monthly work party in the churchyard, as well as fund-raising.

The Friends also support existing functions such as the annual Church Fete and Plant Sale.

It can be a good way to meet neighbours and those people living in Neatishead and its surrounding villages – churchgoers and non churchgoers, young and old alike!

The churchyard is a public open space and full of history. It is peaceful and beautiful in all seasons of the year. The Church is there for everyone in the parish for weddings, funerals, baptisms and other events.

Look out for any forthcoming events and the rota of Church services in the “NIB” Magazine and advertised around the village. If you would like to know more about the FoSP and/or would like to become a member (it’s free!), please contact myself (Churchwarden) or anyone in the Parochial Church Council.

Kind regards
