This is a service of worship, the exact form of which varies to fit in with the different seasons in the church calendar.
It runs alongside a children's arts, crafts and Bible teaching group called 'Minnows'.

Sometimes it might be a service of Morning Worship without communion subject to staff availability.

Minnows Children's group

Every Second, Fourth Sunday at for 1 hour

This is a lovely group for children which runs along side the church service on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month, whenever possible. It involves arts, crafts, a Bible Story and lots of fun, followed by drinks and biscuits after the service.

Parent and Toddler Group - First Wednesday of the month (except August)

Monthly. Every First Wednesday at for 2 hours

This is a small but well run playgroup designed to give support to local parents and toddlers. We have a wide range of toys and lots of indoor space for youngsters to run around in... also - we serve great coffee !
Parents or carers stay to look after their own child. Please note you are entirely responsible for your child's safety whilst in the church or in the church grounds. If you like this group then look out for our CRAFTERNOON on Saturdays during the year - crafts, chat, refreshments to enjoy with your child. Everyone welcome whatever your age.

The church is open for visitors on the 1st Saturday of the month from 9:30am to 1:30pm with people on hand to show people round and answer questions. Our comprehensive records of grave inscriptions are available for people researching family history Refreshments are available. There is no charge for admission or refreshments - but donations to church running costs most welcome. This church is a gem - well worth a visit!

If you live in Whitechapel parish and would like to discuss the possibility of booking a church wedding in this beautiful parish church please contact the Vicar via this website. If you live in this parish but are getting married in another church that you have a legal qualifying connection with please contact the Vicar and arrange an appointment 5 - 6 months before your wedding date to arrange for the Banns to be read. Appointments are on set Sundays throughout the year on Sunday evening. There is a set fee in the Church of England for Banns calling/Banns certificates.
