CENTRAL ENGLAND COOP WITH DERBY CITY COUNCIL - SHOPPING FOR VULNERABLE PEOPLE 💚💚💚💚💚💚If you or anyone you know within Derby City requires assistance with shopping you can ring the helpline – (01332) 640000. It may be to give your neighbours or family a rest from shopping. The person has to be classed as vulnerable or has received a letter from the Government.Once they have phoned the number, an order is taken over the phone, it is then passed to the team at Littleover where they pick and pack it, then the volunteers of DCC collect and deliver. They ring the client prior to delivery to make payment over the phone, so they *need a debit card* to pay.If you can also let people know, that would be great.Keep safeTanya NoonProject Co-ordinorCentral England Co-op 💚💚#beingcoopy every day in every way especially for vulnerable people on lockdown
Together at Home - A great resource on their website and Facebook to help people to engage with the Bible. They say ‘While we are unable to meet in our church buildings we can still be 'Together at Home'. The website provides free resources for churches to share with their families to help them explore the Bible and learn about God together whilst in their own homes’.
