St James Mother's Union
At St James we have an active branch of the Mother's Union, which supports mothers and families throughout the world.
The Mother's Union meets on the first Wednesday of the month in the church hall.
Starting at 7pm, the meetings take the form of a guest speaker, followed by a short business session and refreshments. The meetings end with the Mother's Union service.
The St James Mother's Union is a sociable group which enjoys a summer outing and a Christmas function, as well as helping with regular church functions.
New members are always welcomed, although it is possible to attend up to three meetings without becoming a member.
The programme is published once a year. Meetings are currently in abeyance due to Covid-19 but as soon as theyt resume details will be posted here.
