Duties we need volunteers for include church cleaning, reading the bible during services, writing or reading intercessions, serving refreshments after services, helping to set up church for services. Church is run by a small team of volunteers who give their time freely and willingly to support the work of the church in our community.
We will be voting for the new PCC (9) and Deanery Synod members (3)All those on the electoral roll for St Mary Magdalene Church are eligible to vote. If you want to be on the Church council- place your name on the nomination sheet inside church. All welcome.
Homemade baked goods for sale, refreshments, biscuits, raffle. All funds support the upkeep of our church. All welcome.
This means we have been awarded £27,500 towards the big project and we are well on the way to meeting our target.We appreciate this support hugely. Thank you.
