With grant support from County Durham Community Foundation & in partnership with local schools, Medomsley Parochial Church Council have been supporting young families in need by providing food vouchers, fuel vouchers and white goods.
This project is helping to challenge poverty and supporting young families in need. The project officially ended on the 31st March 2024 and all funds have now been allocated. This project has supported over 120 families.
Families connected with Bishop Ian Ramsey CofE School, Medomsley, Ebchester CofE School and Leadgate Schools can apply.
