representatives from each church including the deanery synod reps discussed how we can work together better and plan for when our new Team Rector and 2 team vicars are appointed. They discussed the benefits of working as a team. Undertook a SWOT analysis for each parish. Highlighted our hopes for the future and an outline of an action plan. Parish Representatives will meet soon to discuss in more detail practical steps to work together.
