Our popular event 'The Great Cadney Cake Off' returns for the third year.

*On the day of the event Cadney Church Hall will be open from 10 am to 12 noon for entries to be left.
*Judging will take place between 12.15-12.45 pm
*Cadney Church Hall reopens for refreshments at 1 pm
*presentation of trophies 1.15 pm
*Auction of donated baking 1.30 pm
*The categories are:
sponge cake
fruit loaf
scones
buns
sausage rolls
best decorated
quiche

*plus decorated biscuits for children's category
age categories are: 0-5yrs, 6-11yrs and 12-16yrs.

*Entries can be claimed after judging or donated to be auctioned and all money raised will be given to Cadney church funds.

Cadney Church Hall coffee morning

A weekly Monday Morning Coffee morning at Cadney Church Hall or outside if it's sunny. There's always tea and coffee, but often a bit of home baking too. If you are out walking or cycling in the area, it is an ideal stop (and you can have a toilet break too) before you carry on again.

Family actiivity afternoon - bugs and beasts week

To keep the children busy in the summer holidays, we have family activity afternoons on a Monday in Cadney Church Hall, this week's theme is bugs and beasts, make Elmer Elephant from an old milk carton, go on a hunt for bugs in Cadney churchyard and other fun activities. The most popular hymns will be sung at our event in All Saints Church, Cadney. Accompanied by accomplished local organist Michael Baron. A morning worship service is held on the first Sunday of the month unless there are five Sundays in the month when we have a communion service on the fifth Sunday of the month.

Teddy Bear Parachuting from Cadney Church Tower

Come along for fantastic fun for all ages, to our teddy bear parachuting event. Teddy Bears are invited to parachute from the tower of All Saints Church, Cadney. Is your bear brave enough? There will also be daring 'spare bears' willing to step and have a go if anyone thinks their bear is too precious or not quite brave enough to have a go. The daring 'spare bears' can be borrowed by anyone without a bear who would like to join in. It is £2 per jump. parachutes of varying sizes are available, or bring your own, canopies of broken brollies make great parachutes. Plus, lots of delicious cakes and refreshments in Cadney Church Hall next door.
