Strong carrier bags, cordial, coffee, tinned fruit, long life milk, rice pudding, tinned meals - curry, chilli and stew. We are also beginning to look towards Christmas and would appreciate boxes stuffing, gravy granules and selection boxes. Thanks!
We will be providing a simple soup lunch following our harvest service, and ask that if you are able, to make a donation equivalent to what you would spend on a Sunday lunch. This money will be donated by St. Mary’s to Tearfund’s Harvest Appeal.
Our Harvest Celebration this year is on Sunday 1st October from 10:30am. We will be accepting food donations to support our Community Food Bank here at St. Mary's, and monetary donations for Tearfunds Harvest Appeal.
Our popular community Carer and Toddler group, Little Lambs now has Saturday morning sessions (during Tameside term-time). Our opening times are; Wednesday 12:30-2:30pm, Thursday 10am-12pm, Friday 10am-12pm, and now Saturday 10am-11:30am.
