Banns of marriage are usually read in church on three Sundays within the three months leading up to your wedding. We recommend getting in touch as early as possible so there is plenty of time to plan your service and complete the necessary paperwork.

We welcome all couples who are eligible to be married in the Church of England and aim to make the process as straightforward and supportive as possible.

St Peter’s Centre is also available to hire for your reception or celebration after the service. The Centre offers a flexible, welcoming space suitable for gatherings of all sizes, and our team will be happy to discuss options with you.
