St Peter’s Centre (formerly and fondly known as The Church Institute) is just a five-minute walk up The Avenue on the way into Brandon Town.

Originally opened on 19th October 1909, it was described as “a workshop for the Church.” Today we call it St Peter’s Centre, as many people didn’t realise it was part of St Peter’s Church. We still affectionately call it The Church Institute too, and both names remain part of its story.

Our centre offers a welcoming and versatile space, including:

• A large hall
• Fully equipped kitchen
• All-gender and accessible toilets
• Free, private onsite parking
• Outdoor seating and garden area
• The Avenue Bar & Café
