Death can be an incredibly difficult time. We offer a bespoke service at St Peter's to those experiencing bereavement. 

Usually, you would let your funeral director know that you would like a service at St Peter's Church. They will subsequently get in touch with us to find a time available for your service. You can have both a service at St Peter's Church and the crematorium, you don't have to choose between the two. 

We will then get in touch with you to meet and plan your service. You don't have to be a church goer to have a funeral service at St Peter's Church, everyone is entitled to celebrate the life of a loved one in a funeral service by their parish priest. In the service we speak of hope of resurrection, comfort one another in our grief and celebrate life through stories and eulogies. 

St Peter's Church has the technology to play music and/or visual pieces. 

Rev Dennis & Jessie will walk you through the planning, through the service and also offer St Peter's Centre & The Avenue Bar as a place to celebrate your wake. We can cater for your event too.
