Join us as we come together to witness the Easter Sunrise at the top of Battlestead Hill and celebrate the glorious resurrection together.
Parking is available at Tatenhill Village Hall and there is a short walk up to the hill. Please note that this is up a hill and the terrain can be uneven in places.

St. James Barton

Welcome to St James' Church in Barton Under Needwood, near Burton on Trent in Staffordshire. We are an Anglican (CofE) church and part of the Lichfield Diocese.  

We are committed to showing and sharing God's love in our village and in the wider world. 

All are very welcome at any of our varied services and events. Our main service is at 10:30am each Sunday but do look out for how we "do" church in different ways. We hope there is something for everyone! Let us know if there more you would like from your parish church.
