What we normally do - the information below is about what church is like when we can meet together....

Christ Church is a friendly and inclusive church that welcomes all people. We believe in the ministry of both men and women, and we accept everyone as they are. We believe we are all made in God's image.

You don't have to ask to join, or to come here, Anglican churches are public places, intended to serve the community and you can literally just turn up at any service.

You'll be warmly welcomed!

We are part of Cheshunt Team Ministry (Christ Church, St Mary's Cheshunt, St Clement's, Turnford and St James' Goffs Oak) and the churches work closely together.

We are also partners with the Methodist Church, and we work and worship together.

Celebrate Christmas with us!

This special Christmas time, celebrate the greatest story of all. Wherever you are, whoever you’re with, the Christ Child’s promise of comfort and joy is for you. Find our services and events and prepare for Christmas with us.

Our 10.00 am Informal Eucharist is usually held on the 1st Sunday of each month.
Our church affiliated Uniformed Groups - Rainbows, Beaver, Brownies, Cubs, Guides and Scouts often attend wearing their uniforms and parading their flags.
The hymns, prayers, reading and sermon are all especially selected to make the service accessible and engaging for all ages.
The young people actively participate in the Liturgy by reading the Gospel, leading the Prayers of Intercession, sharing the peace and helping with the collection.
