St Alban the Martyr

Welcome to the ACNY page for the church of Saint Alban the Martyr — the Church of England parish church for all the people of Highgate, Birmingham.

We are an inclusive and diverse church with a wide variety of services and activities, some are traditional and some are modern and informal, all within the Affirming Anglo-Catholic tradition of the Church of England. Whether it is Sung Mass, quiet contemplation or family worship, we have something for you.

We care about our community. We work with Ark St Alban’s Academy where our vicar helps the students. We help Stanhope Wellbeing Hub and run Highgate United Food Bank. We also welcomed people who are new to this country.

Patronal Festival

Professor Keith Ward, a renowned philosopher, theologian and priest, will be the guest preacher at the Patronal Festival Mass on Saturday, 24th June at 11:00 a.m. We also invites the attendees to a finger buffet after the Mass.
