Our Sunday services began again in church on Sunday 2nd August although in a simpler pattern. Following guidelines from the Church of England, numbers at any service will be restricted in order to comply with social distancing requirements and face coverings are required for the safety of all. Please pre-book your place at a Sunday service by telephone on 01935 825287.
Our new pattern of services is as follows:
1st Sunday of month - 9.30am Holy Communion / 2nd Sunday of month - 6.30pm Evening Prayer / 3rd Sunday of month - 9.30am Morning Prayer / 4th Sunday of month - 8am BCP Holy Communion or Morning Prayer (all subject to priest/leader availability and deep cleaning requirements).
In addition, All Saints' church is open for private prayer every Wednesday from 12noon to 3pm. Please wear a face covering, use hand sanitiser and observe social distancing. Stewards will be available to guide visitors.
Prayer resources are available by email from the Benefice Office, and each week, we will publish "Our Sunday Service" including Bible reading, prayers and a sermon. Please contact the office to join the weekly mailing list. "Our Sunday Service" is also read each week at 9.30am on the telephone. Please see pew sheet for instructions.
All Saints' Martock PCC is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops' guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer, PSOs. The Diocese of Bath & Wells’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
