The new lockdown begins on Thursday 5th November we will be moving towards a full re-opening of the church Hopefully in December, however we will remained open for private prayer only on three days a week. This will be on Tuesdays, Thursday and Sundays from 11.00am to 2.00pm. This will be reviewed going forward.
Those wishing to come for a period of prayer will find that only the back part of the church will be accessible. Soft furnishings such as kneelers and pew runners will be removed and the toilet will remain locked. The visitors’ comment book will be removed. There will be appropriate signage regarding social distancing and l will be using rope to close off those areas which cannot be accessed. The government instructions mean that each pew can only have one person in it (or more if from the same family) Pews which can be used will be clearly identified.
