On this the 7th Sunday after Trinity, our Benefice Service of Holy Communion, which will be led by Rev'd David Mapes, also marks a few other events. It will be a celebration of the St Margaret's Church building's 30th birthday (although the first service was actually on an Easter Sunday in 1997). The church birthday will however be relatively low-key, because a more important event in the present life of the church is the last Benefice Service of Rev'd Joanna Criscenti.
We are hoping to provide a floral display with the church 30th birthday theme.
This special service will be followed by lunch to which everyone in the Dever Benefice is invited.
