Getting here

All Saints' is a church of all ages set in the former mining and farming communities of Harworth and Bircotes, North Nottinghamshire. The Parish also includes the communities of Styrrup and Hesley. Most of our parish is located in Nottinghamshire; Hesley is located just inside South Yorkshire.  The Church is a grade 2* listed building with parts of the building dating back to Norman times. It is built on a mound and surrounded by a peaceful churchyard and an area of farming land set in the community of 'old Harworth'.  The churchyard has been closed to new burials but is still very much open to the general public to enjoy. We welcome dogs on leads (please bag your dog's excrement and dispose of responsibly in a bin).

The congregation is a community of all ages growing together in faith and fellowship.  At All Saint's the Eucharist (Holy Communion) is at the heart of the worshipping community as the point at which all gather and are equipped as disciples to serve the wider community beyond the church walls. The worship is liturgical but creative and seeks to engage everybody through the breadth of services and events available. We enjoy singing and do so mostly with a wonderful organ and sometimes unaccompanied.  We are a community that believe God is moving amongst us and we see evidence of his work in each other and in our community.

The community of Harworth and Bircotes is undergoing rapid expansion and, as it does so, we pray for the continual growth of the Christian Church in this place and we look forward to welcoming people into this wonderful town and into our church family.

We hope that you will come and visit us and get to know us soon! We are about two miles from Junction 34 of the A1, or come off the M1 and take the A631 towards Bawtry via Tickhill.

Our street address is Church Walk, Harworth and Bircotes
Limited parking is also available just through the churchyard gates at the top of Church Lane. We would politely ask drivers not to park on Church Lane itself as this inconveniences local residents.
