Syleham, St Margaret
Welcome to St Margaret’s, in its delightfully tranquil and sylvan setting. Once the lockdown of churches is again eased, we look forward to seeing you at services in our church as a regular pattern begins to emerge once again. We shall also continue to join with the other churches in our benefice for a weekly service and some online activities. Meanwhile, see News & Notices for the current position. We welcome all to our services but please note that a) face coverings are required at all services in our church and b) available seating is reduced to comply with social distancing regulations.
"The parish of Syleham: St Margaret is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of St.Edmundsbury & Ipswich’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services."
