An update from Kelvin White: Our Service of Prayer and Reflection to remember her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and to pray for King Charles III will be this Sunday 25 September at 11:00 am.Our long-awaited book of Condolence has finally arrived too, and this will be available tomorrow morning. Arrangements will be made to share the book around the parish for signing with those who may be away at this time. I have made enquiries and am reliably informed that it is not a treasonable offence to keep the Book of Condolences open for an extended period due to circumstances - Phew!😅For assurance, my household has been testing negative for covid since the middle of the week, though I would value prayers for Stacey whose energy levels are depleted.🙏 Thank you to all who have held my household and family in prayer and to those who have helped and offered to help us during this time. Thank you! We have some catching up to do as you can imagine and we look forward to seeing you. With every blessing,Kelvin.LLW & Churchwarden.

Postponement of this Sunday's (11th Sept) Service of Prayer and Reflection remembering her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Dear All, Unfortunately, Stacey has tested positive for Covid this evening and is feeling quite unwell. I however am testing negative. Stacey and I take very seriously our responsibility to take Covid tests in the run up to events and special services, and after, during these times. Both Stacey and I would struggle to forgive ourselves if we were to pass covid on in the knowledge of a positive test. After consultation with my fellow churchwarden, we have taken a decision to postpone this service in order to prevent spreading and passing covid on. Stacey and I will continue to test in the days ahead. The rescheduling of this important service will be considered in the coming week. We hope and pray that all being well this "might" be next Sunday 18th September at 10:30am. God Bless Always, Kelvin. Lay Leader of Worship and Churchwarden.
