NEXT SUNDAY EVENING SERVICE - Sung Evening Prayer  Sunday 25th January  @ 17:00

Throughout 2026 we are planning a Sunday Evening series offering worship in different styles from our usual Sunday morning services.
This page will be updated regularly with details of up-coming services in the series, including downloadable flyers at the bottom of the page.

Spirituality (the ways we encounter and connect with God) is different for everyone, just as our personalities are different from each other.  Drawing on the breadth and variety of Anglican worship these services seek to offer opportunity for both our congregation members and any other interested people to encounter worship that either may be different to their own Spiritual style, or may help them encounter God in worship in a different way to usual.

Currently being planned are:
Sung Evening Prayer (or Evensong)   A classic Anglican form of worship, using the words of Scripture to guide us in prayer, reflection and learning
Charismatic worship   With a focus on simple, contemporary singing and attentiveness to the Holy Spirit in a more informal atmosphere
'Quiet Hour'   Almost-silent, gentle but optionally interactive, drawing on some experiences of neurodiversity
Anglo-Catholic Mass   Rich and multi-sensory with a more ritual structure
