From time to time we love to shine a light on local people and organisations who make our community richer — this month, we're delighted to introduce South Somerset Music Centre.

Just down the road in Crewkerne, South Somerset Music Centre is a vibrant community music venue presenting concerts, choirs, workshops, and educational events in an intimate, welcoming setting. Their mission is a simple one: to make exceptional live music accessible to all, and to bring people together through shared musical experiences — values we're very happy to stand behind.

South Somerset Music Centre is run by Jonathan Delbridge, a member of our own congregation, whose energy, talent, and generosity have been a real gift to our village. Jonathan gives an enormous amount of time to voluntary work, and we're lucky to count him among our community.

You may already have enjoyed one of their events with us — our recent Dr Jazz fundraiser at the church was a wonderful evening, and we're looking forward to more collaborations together throughout the year.
