Ever fancied singing with a group of genuinely lovely people, learning beautiful music, and feeling better for it every single week? Our Benefice Choir might just be the thing you didn't know you were looking for.
We sing across all six of our churches — Merriott, Hinton St George, Dinnington, Lopen, Haselbury Plucknett and North Perrott — bringing music to services, seasonal celebrations, and special occasions throughout the year. Whether it's a quiet anthem on a Sunday morning or something more joyful at Christmas, our choir adds something wonderful to the life of our benefice.
We'd especially love to hear from bass voices — but honestly, whatever your voice type, whatever your experience, we'd love to hear from you too. No pressure, just a willingness to give it a go.

We rehearse bi-weekly on Wednesday evenings from 7.00 pm to 8.30 pm during term time only. We begin again on Wednesday 9th September 2026 at All Saints, Merriott Church.
