St Mary's has been successful in applying for a match funding campaign in order to make the church building more energy efficient. Therefore we will be mending the window behind the organ, which lets in a lot of draughty air, we will be making all the doors draught proof and changing lights in various rooms/kitchen/hall/ vestry to PIR lights. This will cost in the region of £19,000. If we can manage to find £9,500 the diocese will match fund it.
The period of match funding is from 1 June - 13 July. All the donations have to be done online, either through this website, the special QR code or the card reader in church.
Please, give generously. A more energy efficient church will give us lower bills and therefore there will be more money available for outreach.

Story, prayers and singing for toddlers.

As part of our match-fundraising there will be an Open Mic Night where you can come and listen to individuals before they become famous. The event is held at The Liversedge, 64 Leeds Road. Admission is £10 including hot meat sandwiches, kindly provided by Haigh's Farmshop. Your ticket will be your passport for the sandwich. You will be able to pay at the door.
