There are two ways to Keep Fit at St. Mary's. One is mentally, when we spend time with God during the Sunday service and/or morning prayer. The other one is physically when you can exercise your body guided by our Keep Fit instructor. The second one takes place on Thursday afternoons. A small charge of £4.00 is made when you attend. On Saturday 11 May we'll be hosting the Big Butty Breakfast in support of Christian Aid and we hope you'll come along! We'll be kicking off at 10.00am and finish at 12 noon.
