Wellbeing is becoming more of a focus as people try to get the most out of their lives. Wellbeing can also be related to spiritual health too, and some of the techniques used to improve wellbeing can also help people connect to God. This free, online Quiet Day will give a chance to try out some techniques which may improve your physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing as well as providing time to just stop and take a break from all the hard work, pressure and distractions that life brings. We’ll also discuss the importance of healing in our lives.

The day will run from 10 until 3 via Zoom. There will be a break for lunch and comfort breaks and you can come for all or part of the day. It will start with a welcome, and throughout the day we will be trying a variety of techniques that some people find useful to their physical and mental health, as well as exploring some healings in the Bible.

If you are interested in coming or in finding out more, please email Rachel Luckman at [email protected] Rachel can also provide details on how to join on the day.

Our Quiet Day takes place on Saturday 17 April. The focus is on spiritual, mental and physical wellbeing. Join us to take a break from the distractions of life and try out some techniques which may improve our wellbeing and our connection to God.
