Christmas Services in the Churchyard well supported

We were very pleased to welcome over 170 adults and children  over the two services we held in the Churchyard in the run up to Christmas. Our Carol Service on the Sunday before Christmas and the Family Service of Light on Christmas eve were both held in beautiful sunshine although the Christmas Eve one was distictly colder and very wet underfoot. Markers were placed at 3 meter intervals by our very busy Churchwarden to keep different households socially distanced and we were at last able to sing aloud with the music coming from speakers set up for the event. All the effort was well worthwhile and we received some lovely messages of thanks after the event. Whilst these were great events, we hope and pray that we will be able to return to the relative warmth of the Church next year! Our thanks to Rev Jenny and Rev Bruce for braving to cold to make this all possible.
