With father Christmas seeing 94 children (only 4 were unable to attend their booked slot due to sickness a fabulous raffle and a number of stalls and sideshows, the day passed quickly and the count up showed a profit of nearly £1800 before taking out the cost of heating. As a result we have now sent £425 to each of two food banks serving our area and £850 to the Disasters Emergency Committee for relief agencies working in Ukraine Pakistan and other counties suffering from war and/or the impact of climate change. We thank all those who worked to make this a success, local businesses for their support and all those who came along to support us and to spend their money in aid of these very worthy charities
