St Peter’s 200+ Club - “Changes due to Covid-19”
St. Peter’s 100+ Club was started in 2009 to raise funds for the church and has continued ever since with draws taking place at the well-attended, monthly Coffee Mornings, held on the 4th Saturday each month in the Honywood.
As all our members are currently self-isolating in accordance with the governments’ corona virus advice, we have been continuing to make the draw each month during the lockdown, and publicising the results in both the Parish Magazine and on the Church website.
Whilst we did consider delaying the start of the new 20/21 200+ Club season because of the virus, 200+ Club members are happy for their new subscription for the 20/21 season to start on 1st May 2020 and have agreed to the monthly draws for the new season to be made in the same manner as they have been since the March lockdown. We will of course return to making the monthly draws in public as soon as church activities return to normal.
For members who pay via an existing Standing Order you don’t need to do anything, your payment will come through automatically. For those who normally pay from year to year, we would like to avoid cash payments in the current environment so please pay by cheque made payable to ‘St. Peter’s Great Totham Donations a/c’, or set up a new standing order; cheques should be sent to Karen with the enclosed form.
